No bookings can be held without a booking fee, and by paying your booking fee you agree to T&Cs listed here.

1. Prices, all pricing is inclusive of a blow dry unless arranged otherwise. I will provide information on how the hair should be prepared prior to -on the day- styling. If this is not adhered, the hair will need to be rewashed and this will cut down your service time.

2. Bridal Trials, all Trials will be held at SALON YOU, unless arranged otherwise. Trials are an additional cost of $200. We recommend having your make up trial prior to this appointment. We respectfully ask that there’s no extra guests accompanying the trial.

3. Bookings, a booking fee is required to secure your wedding date. Until this is not received your wedding date is not confirmed.Your booking fee will be deducted from the final balance.

   The booking fee is non-refundable. This includes, but not limited to, situation(s) where the booking and/or wedding is cancelled due to personal relationship breakdown, financial, family situation and unforeseen circumstances including but not limed to: health pandemics, change in regulations, health warnings, weather events, travel limitations, venue closures.

4. Booking numbers, Please consider and confirm your numbers carefully at the time of booking, as we do not offer any reductions. This includes, but not limited to, situations where the booking and/or wedding is amended due to personal relationship breakdowns, financial, family situations and unforeseen circumstances including but not limited to: health pandemics, change to regulations, health warnings, weather events, travel limitations, venue closures.

5. Travel, Travel fees are calculated from 12 Hylton Place @ $1.80 per km. Accommodation fees may apply where the location is an hour or more travel, and the start time is 8:30am or before.

   If flying is required, reasonable airfares and accommodation will also be required. Please get in touch to discuss your location.

6. Early call time, ​A $100 fee applies to bookings before 8am in Queenstown, and 9am in Wanaka. If your locations is outside of these please get in contact to discuss.

7. All booking fees are strictly non-refundable or non-transferable regardless of the reason given.

   The booking fee is to cover administration and loss of other bookings caused by allocating your booking.

   In the unlikely event that me -Sophie- is unable to attend the clients booking due to sickness, injury, personal emergency or any other circumstance beyond her control, she will endeavour to find a replacement. However, finding a replacement is not guaranteed.

8. If you choose to reschedule or postpone your wedding, you will be subject to new pricing.

9. Service, Location Requirements Getting ready location is at the discretion of the bride however, there are certain requirements I need to complete hair services. Working electrical outlets must be available for use. A work area with table and chairs as well as ample lighting (natural or artificial) is also necessary for services to be performed properly. A low traffic area is also preferrable (i.e. not by a door where people will be in and out all morning).

10. Payment, The final balance is due one month (4 weeks/30 days) before the event as one payment, no exceptions. Unless it is a short notice booking. Payment can be paid via credit card or bank transfer.

11. Vaping, whilst having your hair done

    I ask, respectfully, that there is no vaping whilst I do your hair.
